Friday 22 September: db9 (16 years and older), including a table soccer contest, a CAC Climbers Against Cancer benefit sale by Lisa Özmay and free popcorn with your drinks as of 22.30h.

Saturday 23 September: db9 kidseditie (up to 16 jaar)  11-13h, a CAC Climbers Against Cancer benefit sale by Reindert Lenselink and Tjarda Fennema.

Sunday 24 September: clinics. Pralaya-yoga by Tinus Koorn, Moonbard-demo and campus clinic by Don van Laere, free introductionlessons (to be booked via the Albert Heijn Sportzegelactie) and a CAC Climbers Against Cancer benefit sale by Aukje van Weert.

During the whole weekend you can compete against Tim Reuser in the ZLAGboard-contest. Who will beat Tim’s best time of 1:37?

If  you purchase a 10 times card your boulder session will be free as we won’t pinch your new card!

Jacky Godoffe, international routesetter for the IFSC, will present his book “my keys to Routesetting” on Thursday 21 September (21h).

Everything you’d like to know about regular route setting, setting for World Cups, national comps, World Championships, training and for fun can be asked this evening. Best successes, worst mistakes, favorite brand and/or type of holds, PU or Resin….whatever it is you’re anxious to learn, this is your chance!
Seats are limited, so is the number of signed books. If you want to make sure you have a copy (€35), please make sure you sign up via the contactform  (stating presence and ordering the book).

Because of this event you can boulder until 21h instead until 22.30h.

It’s our birthday and you get a piece of the cake. As of 1 September we open an hour earlier on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. You now can satisfy your hunger for boulders as of 16h.

The Dutch National Championship Bouldering (NK Boulder) will take place on Saturday 8 July in the Appolohal in Amsterdam.
Surely you can watch the finals via a livestream, but why should you if you can watch it live? Tickets are €15 via NKBV, but don’t wait to long with your purchase as the online sale will stop this Thursday evening. Watching the semis is free, please check the programm on the NKBV website.

Team DB will be there, of course we will, therefore we close at 17h, bar and trainingsareas included). We will be there to support our locals Don, Remmelt and Tim but also the members of  WestCoastClimbing, Vincent en Tiba and we won’t forget our adopted local  Elisabeth. Well, actually, we support each and every boulderer and will cheer for all of the competitors.

During summer break (July and August) there will be no youth boulder classes. We close this school year with our annual festive “OuderKindEvenement” on Saturday 1 July. This event is organised exclusively for our pupils and their parents and will end at 11h. For this reason we open at 11h instead of at 10h. Thank you for your understanding!

This September we´ll celebrate our 5th anniversary. Until 31 May ´17 the rates will remain as they´ve been for the last 5 years, per 1 June ´17 we´re adjusting the rates somewhat. You find the new rates here. If you have a subscription, nothing changes yet.

The prices of some of our beverages and crisps will change as well. A Coca-Cola f.e. will cost you €2 instead of €1,75 and a bag of crisps €1,=. No big changes, but still changes worth mentioning.

We are closed on Ascension Day (Thursday 25 May) and on Whit Sunday (Sunday 4 June). On Whit Monday ‘re open the entire day, from 10:00 till 22:30 (bar till 23:30)
