Introduction lesson bouldering

DUE TO THE TOTAL LOCKDOWN OUR GYM IS CLOSED UNTIL AT LEAST 15 MARCH 2021

UPDATE 4 NOVEMBER: due to the latest restrictions we’re not allowed to organise group lessons and therefore all introduction lessons are cancelled until further notice!

Due to the covid-19 regulations such as the 1.5m mandatory distance between 2 adults being not household members, we cannot organise introduction lessons the way we used to. So, until the restrictions are lifted it’s 2p max at an introduction lesson. You can book this timeslot directly via Toplogger on Fridays at 19.30h. 

If this timeslot is fully booked, does this mean you’ll have to wait a week? No, just book a different timeslot via Toplogger and give it a try. Our staff will explain the basics of bouldering incl safety rules and you’ll top your first boulder in no time.

The introduction lesson takes place on every Friday and starts at 19:30 will take about 30 to 45 minutes. We start with a short introduction into bouldering and some safety instructions, some background information and completed with some basic techniques. After the lesson you’re of course free to stay for some more bouldering and to try what you’ve just learned.

The lesson itself is free, you just need to pay your regular entrance fee. You can rent climbing shoes for € 3,50, but it’s also possible to boulder on your clean indoor sport shoes. All you need is some regular sports clothing. We have changing rooms and showers. You need to be 12 years or older to join. The lessons are for individual application only, not for groups, and can take max. 4 persons.
