Bleau Technique

• Starts every month on Mondays at 18:00h
• 4 x 2h
• Level: done Bleau Basic or master at least pink
• Minimum 4, maximum 6 participants
• € 70,- p.p. excluding entrance fee

Bleau Yoga

• Every Saturday at 10:15h
• 1,5h
• Increase your flexibility by strengthening the muscles around the important joints
• Prevent injuries
